Courtney has had the privilege of living and selling real estate in the Sarasota/Venice market since 2002. Prior to joining the Sotheby's International Realty® brand in 2008, she was affiliated with Richard Bradway and Associates and Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

In addition to being a full-time, active REALTOR®, Courtney brings vast knowledge of the mortgage and legal industry. Her experience in both the mortgage and legal field has strengthened her attention to detail and negotiation skills, which complement her during real estate transactions.

Courtney's focus, experience and professionalism will ensure an effortless transaction for her customers. She values her customers' opinions and listens to their wants and needs. Her ultimate goal is to make the experience memorable and worry free.

Along with being a broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, she also wears another hat as assistant managing broker, as she also enjoys the leadership side of the business.

Since moving to the area, Courtney dove headfirst into getting involved in the community. She is and always has been an active leader. Courtney is a past chair of the Venice Area Young Professionals, past ambassador and board member of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, past president and board member of the Laurel Nokomis PTO, board member of the Cotillion Club of Sarasota and current board member and soon to be president of the Sertoma Club of Venice. She enjoys working in her community and giving back.

When she is not working, Courtney enjoys traveling, boating, exercising and spending time with her husband, twin children, family and friends.
